General Contract / Terms & Conditions
(These terms & conditions apply to all markets)
Setup, Check In & Unloading Info
Please refer to each specific market above for more details about setup days and times. Closer to the event we will email out final setup instructions along with any other final market details. This will include setup times (they may vary slightly from above), the check in process, loading/unloading info, layout, etc. If you have specific layout request, please email those to Hello@SimplyUniqueMarket.com at least three weeks prior to the event. We try our best to accommodate request but can’t guarantee.
Booth Area & Presentation
All booth spaces are 10×10. If you are outdoors with a tent, a minimum of 30lb of weight is required on each tent leg! There is zero exceptions to this! If we deem it a hazard if you don’t have the proper weights, we may ask you to take your tent down or take it down for you if left overnight. If this is done, we are not responsible for any damage to your items. Outdoors you must have a canopy type tent but it can be any color you would like. Each venue has a different policy on tents being used indoors. We email out closer to the event about those details. No tables or chairs are provided at any market so please have your own. Any and all garbage must be taken with you and disposed of. You may not sublease your space to anyone else. There’s also no sharing of a booth. The only people allowed to sell or display in your area are those whose names are shown on the registration. We ask that no one leave their booth unattended. If you need to use the bathroom or grab food, please ask someone to watch your booth for you. One of our staff would be glad to watch it for you.
Takedown & End Of Market
There are no early takedowns allowed until the market is over at the official end time listed above. If you begin taking down early, you will not be allowed to participate in any future events and any events already paid for, you will be removed from without a refund or credit. We understand that each event is a long day but customers who come at the end deserve the same experience as those that came when the market first opens. There is also ZERO vehicles allowed to be driven around the market area or grounds until we say so. This is for safety. If any vehicles are driven within the market footprint prior to approval, you will not be allowed to participate in any future events and any markets already paid for will be forfeited without refund. Closer to the market we will email more detailed pack up and leaving instructions.
Food Trucks & Trailer Spots
For those of you with food trucks or a trailer spot, there is no power or water provided at any markets so please make sure to have your own generator if power is needed. If you plan on setting up a tent along with your trailer, you will need to purchase a 10×10 spot also. Food truck and trailer spots are only for those selling from their trailer/vehicle.

This credit must be used within the current year of the cancelled market or the following calendar year only. If you cancel within 60 days of a market, you unfortunately will not receive any credit to a future event. If you do not show to a market without contacting us prior to the start of the event, you will be removed from any future markets you already paid for without a refund or credit. You also will not be able to participate in any future Simply Unique Markets or any other GLP Events. No refunds are given at all.
